One Good Idea a Day

A one-of-a-kind piece designed for a friend in New Canaan, made in our New York studio for Livewell Custom. 

I spend a lot of time thinking about how to make Livewell a great company to do business with. “How can I delight and bring a bit of joy to each customer?” is the question I most often ask myself. It’s the little things, I’ve decided.  It’s a mindset. I think about this as I am designing a custom piece for a special birthday. What will rock her socks? It is why I donate to my customers' causes. LiveGirl, A Better Chance, the New Canaan Library, and Horizons were all recipients of Livewell support this past year because of my customers’ allegiance to these mission-driven organizations. If is it important to you, it is important to me. 

I think about how hard it is to buy a piece of jewelry online, without the experience of feeling it or trying it on.  So Livewell now offers free shipping and returns. I want you to be able to try on the pieces. I hope you will love them. But if not, ship them back.
