For a full refund, less any original shipping costs if applicable, the item must be returned in its original condition. We accept unworn, undamaged, or defective product only.

There is a 7-day exchange policy for Livewell jewelry purchased at a retail outlet; you may also exchange for Livewell credit. We do not offer refunds for in-store jewelry purchases.
