Livewell wants you to be delighted with your purchase. If for any reason you are not delighted, please notify Livewell within 14 days of receipt of your order, by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. All returns require an authorization. At the time of authorization, Livewell will provide a return shipping label.
For a full refund, less any original shipping costs if applicable, the item must be returned in its original condition and in its original packaging. We accept unworn, undamaged, or defective product only.
We ask that you please notify us via email to email@example.com once the return has been sent so that we can expect your package. Returns that are sent without our prior knowledge cannot be accepted. We will confirm once the return shipment is received and processed.
We do not offer refunds for in-store jewelry purchases. In-store jewelry purchases are subject to the return policy of that store.
