Livewell wants you to be delighted with your purchase. If for any reason you are not delighted, you can request a return via our returns page. At the time of authorization, Livewell will provide a return shipping label.
For a full refund the item must be returned in its original condition and in its original packaging. We accept unworn, undamaged, or defective product only.
We ask that you please notify us via email to email@example.com once the return has been sent so that we can expect your package. Returns that are sent without our prior knowledge cannot be accepted. We will confirm once the return shipment is received and processed.
In-store jewelry purchases are subject to the return policy of that store.
Orders processed in the US will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
As of now, we only ship within USA. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.
If you do not see your ring size listed for a ring you like or you have a question about the size of a cuff, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can get you what you need. In the meantime, If you do not know your ring size, we highly recommend having your finger sized by a local jeweler and asking for your US ring size.

Livewell jewelry is meant to be worn and enjoyed every day.
We do not recommend the use of chemicals, commercial cleaners, or polishing cloths, as they can alter the finish of your jewelry, but do recommend a soft cloth. We strongly recommend removing your jewelry before bathing or swimming. Finishes wear naturally over time and we are happy to refinish your piece at no charge. Simply ship the jewelry to us and we will send it back to you in two weeks.
Stones are known to fall out from time to time. In the unlikely event that this occurs, we are happy to replace and reset at cost.

Warranty & Repair
Livewell will cover the cost of repairs under normal wear for the first six months after purchase, as long as this cost is under $200. An estimate for the repair cost can be obtained from Livewell or any other jeweler, prior to the repair. Under this warranty, customers are only responsible for shipping costs. However, in this six month period, if the damages are found to be beyond normal wear, Livewell will repair jewelry at cost, which will include material and labor, at the customer's expense.
After six months, Livewell will repair jewelry at cost, which will include material and labor. All repairs will be estimated beforehand and communicated to the customer before any work commences. These charges will be billed to the customer, along with shipping costs.
Please note that if any jeweler other than Livewell makes alterations or repairs to your jewelry, the warranty will be voided. For this reason, we strongly recommend that only our jewelers work on your Livewell pieces. Livewell accepts no responsibility for repairs undertaken by other jewelers, including any resizing.
