Are different sizes available than those listed in the online store?

If you do not see your ring size listed for a ring you like or you have a question about the size of a cuff, please contact us at hiya@livewell.design or call (203) 240-8632 so I can get you what you need. In the meantime, If you do not know your ring size, we highly recommend having your finger sized by a local jeweler and asking for your US ring size.-- 

Can I customize a piece of Livewell jewelry?
We will gladly customize one of our pieces to fit you and your style. 
Can I create a one-of-a-kind custom piece?
Yes, I would be happy to co-create a beautiful piece of jewelry just for you.
How long will it take to get my order?

Orders processed in the US will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

What is your return policy?
Livewell wants you to be delighted with your purchase. If for any reason you are not delighted, please notify Livewell within 14 days of receipt of your order, by sending an email to hiya@livewell.design or calling (800) 674-8412. All returns require an authorization. At the time of authorization, Livewell will provide a return shipping label.

For a full refund the item must be returned in its original condition and in its original packaging. We accept unworn, undamaged, or defective product only.

We ask that you please notify us via email to hiya@livewell.design once the return has been sent so that we can expect your package. Returns that are sent without our prior knowledge cannot be accepted. We will confirm once the return shipment is received and processed.

In-store jewelry purchases are subject to the return policy of that store.

Livewell jewelry is meant to be worn and enjoyed every day.

We do not recommend the use of chemicals, commercial cleaners, or polishing cloths, as they can alter the finish of your jewelry, but do recommend a soft cloth. We strongly recommend removing your jewelry before bathing or swimming. Finishes wear naturally over time and we are happy to refinish your piece at no charge. Simply ship the jewelry to us and we will send it back to you in two weeks.

Stones are known to fall out from time to time. In the unlikely event that this occurs, we are happy to replace and reset at cost.
